This is my new outlook: a positive approach that can overcome the negative, the struggles, and the challenges. Quite often, the only thing that is needed to improve your life is changing

the way that you view it.

Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”

Joy and happiness are good for your body: stress and anxiety wear on your body. View your day each day with only positive thoughts. You are good; you can do it; you are beautiful.

Think about what is just, what is pure, what is lovely, and what is commendable.

Thank God for all of these good things.
